Emilie Buchwald once said that “children are made readers on the laps of their parents.” In Ain Najm we say they also become readers in the comfort of an encouraging environment. It is in this respect that the students of 2ndeA spent one hour in the CDI choosing and reading books of their choice.
It was such an enriching experience, the first in a series of activities that will follow to encourage reading!
