Well Informed on Information Literacy! Maharat S1

In a world where information has become so accessible, it is of paramount importance to equip our youth with the necessary tools to identify the types of news and how to fact check it. It is in this respect that trainers from Maharat NGO, held a two-session workshop about Media information and literacy. The training, which was quite interactive and fruitful, enabled the students to become active recipients of information, capable of identifying the types fake news, its format as well as the steps to fact check it.It is in such sessions that students become more responsible and well informed citizens!
