8 mars 2023
Five months after they first enrolled in the MUN programme, here are our middle schoolers as well as high school students taking part in the two-day conference at LAU Jbeil. As a school community, we are proud of our delegates' achievement, especially that participating in MUN requires months of preparation, research, and collaboration. During the conference, our students engaged in thoughtful discussions, built alliances, and honed their public speaking, negotiation, and research skills. As we congratulate our delegates, we also recognize that the work does not end here. We remain committed to empowering our students to be informed, engaged, and responsible global citizens, who will continue to use their voices and skills to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Once again, congratulations to all the delegates, and thank you to the advisors of high school and middle school respectively, Ms Jana Zoghbi (class of 2020) and Mr Jerome Bsherrawi (class of 2022) as well as to the trainers, Mr Jean-Paul Kanaan (class of 2023) and Mr Giovanni Semaan (class of 2024) in addition to all the former delegates who have been of great support.
