A transformative journey through job shadowing

In a recent initiative done by the SOI, a group of students had the opportunity to choose from 15 different companies to shadow during the All Saints Holiday. The students gained valuable insights into the professional world. The program, designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, proved to be a stepping stone for these students as they navigated various industries and roles.
