According to Ralph Waldo Emerson, 'What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.' It is in this respect that SSCC Ain Najm hosted an enlightening training session for our esteemed delegates, student council and ecological leaders. Focused on leadership, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence, the sessions aimed at nurturing the inner potential within each participant. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and expert insights, the delegates delved into the realms of self-development, discovering the transformative power of effective leadership. The session not only equipped them with valuable skills but also fostered a deeper understanding of personal growth and awareness. We are sure that these leaders will undoubtedly contribute to a more sustainable and harmonious future for both themselves and the environments they passionately strive to protect.
