What is better than participating in an international Model United Nations conference with your best friends? In fact, thirteen students from grades 11 and 12 travelled to Greece to participate in PS MUN. There, we put into action all that we learned from negotiation and public speaking skills. Eventually, four of us managed to be main submitters of their draft resolutions: Lea labaky, Myriam Kodeih, Nour Salem, and Elie Kefrawi.
Not only did we participate in the MUN conference, but also we explored the most prominent landmarks in Athens as well as its remarkable history: the acropolis, the parliament, Syntagma Square and the change of guards etc... To top it all, we went on a cruise around three of the most beautiful islands of Hydra, Poros, and Aegena.
This trip was truly an unforgettable one both on the educational scale as on the personal. At the end of the day, we realised that we travelled as friends but came back as a family with the tightest bonds. No matter where each one of us will end up being after school, Greece and PSMUN2019 will always unite us. The memories never die, and for that we are forever grateful.
