Social project with himaya

Again, and in the course of better preparing for their social project around the theme of gender based violence, our grade 10 students had the opportunity to attend two beneficial sessions on the types of abuse and the steps to resolve a conflict. The preparation took place in civic education class with Ms. Danielle Obeid. In the sessions with Himaya NGO, our high schoolers identified the 4 types of abuse: the physical, psychological, verbal and neglect. They also learnt about how to resolve conflicts and reach a win-win situation.
