Preparing students for future careers has become a vital part of education. In grade 10, which is a pivotal year, students begin to think more seriously about their academic paths and career goals. Thus, introducing shadowing at this age allows them to explore different professions before selecting subjects in their final years of high school. Early exposure helps students identify their interests, strengths, and the realities of various careers. It is in this respect that our grade 10 students had the opportunity of spending three days observing professionals in real workplaces. This hands-on experience offers valuable insights into various industries and helps students make more informed decisions about their future career paths.
