The meaning of a true leader

“I am not afraid of an army of lions led by a sheep; I am afraid of an army of sheep led by a lion”.
After yesterday’s session, I understand the meaning of a true leader. First of all, in the beginning of the session we were divided into groups and we were given challenges. Throughout the session, we learned how to develop our team building skills and how to motivate all the students instead of letting the demotivated ones disrupt the atmosphere of the class. In addition to that, we discovered that the most efficient way to attract people and push them to listen is by putting dazzling content into our message. Finally, we mastered the way of launching a project and showing visible and beneficial results. In my opinion and as being a delegate, I find yesterday’s session to be very useful and helpful, but personally, I prefer the project launching method and the way make all the students enthusiastic.
