From Grapes to Glass

Our French Bac 1S students were hosted by St. John Convent Khenchara where they had a nice day picking grapes and learning about the production of wine, starting with the selection of the fruit, its fermentation into alcohol, and the bottling of the finished liquid. The day was wrapped with a tour in the convent's caves.
